The Team
President & Owner
Kim Shanahan is the President and owner of KSPC, with 24 years of experience in public practice accounting. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with expertise in Personal, Corporation, and Trust Taxation, Financial Accounting, Financial Planning, and all aspects of full cycle bookkeeping. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree. She originally obtained her Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 2009 and became a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in 2014 when all the Canadian accounting designations merged. For over 20 years, Kim has also held the Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation from the National Payroll Institute. She also received from the Knowledge Bureau, a DFA – Tax Service Specialist designation and RWM – Real Wealth Manager designation.
